Terms of use

The rules for playing on Nepali Games: what you may call yourself, what coins are and are not, and what happens when somebody breaks the rules.

Last changed on 26 September 2026.

In short

  • Nepali Games is free to play, and using it means you accept these terms. What we keep about you is written down separately: Privacy policy
  • Coins are for playing with. They have no value in money and can never be cashed out, sold or given to another player.
  • Choose a name you would be happy to say out loud at a real table. Names that break the rules below get changed.
  • If another player's name or play is not acceptable, you can report them, block them, or both.

Your name, and how you play

Everybody at a table and in the online list sees your name and face. A name must not:

  • insult or attack anybody for their caste, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or where they come from
  • be sexual, crude or abusive, in any language or any spelling of it
  • pretend to be somebody else, a well-known person, or one of the people who run the game
  • carry a phone number, an address, a link or an advert

At a table, play the game in front of you. Do not use bugs, scripts or several accounts to win coins, and do not secretly play as a team with somebody you are meant to be playing against.

Coins

Coins are points inside the game. They come from signing in, from the daily top-up, from winning at staked tables, and now and then from us. They are spent on seats at staked tables and on card designs and outfits.

Coins are not money, and they do not belong to you the way money does. They cannot be exchanged for money, prizes or anything outside the game, and they cannot be sold, traded or passed to another player. Nothing in Nepali Games is gambling for real money.

If coins are won through a bug, through cheating or through a mistake of ours, we may take them back. How coins are given and spent may change as the game does.

Reporting and blocking

Every other player's name in the online list, in an invitation and in a waiting room has a button for reporting and blocking. A report goes to the people who run the game. Blocking somebody hides the two of you from each other in the online list and stops invitations between you, and the Account tab of your profile is where you can unblock them.

Reports are read by the people who run the game. A name that breaks these rules is changed back to Player, and an account that keeps choosing names like it can lose the right to rename. Cheating can cost an account its coins, or the account.

Your account

Until you sign in, your account lives in this browser. Clearing the browser's data or losing the phone loses it, with everything in it. Signing in with Google or an email address keeps it safe.

Nepali Games is for players aged 13 and over, because some tables are played for stakes of coins.

You can delete your account whenever you like, at nepali.games/account. We may close an account that breaks these rules.

The game itself

Nepali Games is offered as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be there, always work, or stay the same: games, rules and features change, and any of them may stop.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what is lost while playing, including coins, progress, or a game cut short by a dropped connection.

Questions

Questions about these terms, or about something we did to your account, go to support@nepali.games

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Playing after that means you accept the new version.
